3 Things You Need to Fix with Your Resume

I have reviewed a lot of Scrum Master resumes over the course of my career and the most common fixes come down the big three: spelling, grammar, and formatting. You fix the big three and you’re well on your way to having a resumé that will command attention.

Proper spelling and grammar are crucial to making a good impression with your resume. It's important to proofread your resume carefully to ensure that there are no errors. Even one or two small spelling or grammar mistakes can be a red flag to potential employers. It's also a good idea to have someone else review your resume to catch any mistakes that you may have missed.

In addition to proper spelling and grammar, it's also important to pay attention to the formatting of your resume. A well-formatted resume is easy to read and looks professional. Use headings, bullet points, and white space to make your resume easy to scan. Avoid using overly small fonts or cramming too much information onto one page.

Overall, it's important to take the time to ensure that your resume is free of spelling and grammar mistakes and is properly formatted. These small details can make a big difference in the way your resume is received by potential employers. As an aspiring Scrum Master, you want to make the best possible impression with your resume, and paying attention to these details is an important part of that.
